You are notified that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas, praying to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following described real estate:
The North half of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 17, TOWN OF RICHARDSON, City of Lansing, Leavenworth County, Kansas, commonly known as 610 E Eisenhower Rd, Lansing, KS 66043 (the "Property") and
all those defendants who have not otherwise been served are required to plead to the Petition on or before the May 12, 2026, in the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas. If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
